What makes me stand out from others is my motivation to work as hard as it takes to create the
best images possible.
I view each project as a pleasure: it’s easy to work this hard when you love what you do.
Welcome to my online portfolio: here you will find a variety of my work, some commissioned, some voluntary.
Since I decided to pursue photography professionally, I motivated my will and desire towards learning from school and work experiences. During this life stage I met and trained with the most enthusiastic and talented people; they were teachers, colleagues, mentors and other professionals that not only taught me the technical aspect of lighting a scene, but also how to interact with people during a shoot, and how to form relationships with the team of people who are using and designing the photograph. The photograph will be the final product of the relationship between me (the photographer) and the designer (model, client), it may last longer then the image itself, especially if the “client” is part of the process and contributes to the development of the featured subject or idea of the shoot.
Photographing other people’s works and ideas gives me the responsibility to make that product and final image perfect; it also gives me the freedom to try something new and to bring a new perspective to the table.
Freelancing in photography is a part time job for me; I hold another part time job to “bring home the bacon,” which is also related to photography, Photoshop and marketing. This is a great dynamic, because having a steady job allows me the freedom of taking my time during photo shoots. There is no pressure for me to rush during photo shoots and the planning process, allowing me to give my full attention to the project that I’m working at the time.
